This policy explains how we handle the personal data you share with us through the enquiry form on leadzenix.naavbharat.com. LeadZenix by NaavBharat is a brand of NavBharat Tech Advisory Private Limited, which is responsible for this data.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive:

• your name, work email address and company name
• the service you are interested in
• the audience you want to reach: industries, company size, decision-maker roles and locations
• any campaign requirements you type in
• your consent to be contacted, the page address you sent the form from, and the date and time

We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not include it in the requirements field.

How we use it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry, discuss your requirements and prepare a campaign proposal. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking you separately.

We process this data on the basis of the consent you give when you tick the box on the form.

Where it is stored and who processes it

• Google: enquiries are saved to a Google Sheet in our Google account, and we may receive an email notification of each enquiry.
• Vercel: hosts this website. Like most web hosts, it handles technical data such as your IP address and browser type to serve pages and protect the site.
• Google Fonts: the site loads its fonts from Google, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

These providers may store data outside India.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies or tracking tools.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage any business relationship that follows. We then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you
• correct or update it
• delete it
• stop contacting you: withdrawing your consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle enquiry data, we will update this page and its effective date.
